Happy Blogtime! is a blog about the happy little nothings – and the stuff that distracts me from the somethings. Whether that’s comic books, books, movies, music, art, general nerdery, hilarity or cute toys from Japan, I write about what puts a smile on my face.
I started this blog as a way to pen my transition to New York City after moving here from Boston in 2007 at age 24. Since then, I’ve learned what I want to be and have moved closer to the notion of what I want to do with my life – and what I certainly don’t. I’ve realized that, more than wanting to document, I want to SHARE – and I want to share the happy things.
I can’t express enough thanks for the people who read, comment and pass along the good word.
If you’d like to delve more into what makes me tick, I suggest you read a few of the below, elderly blog posts.
My first ever Happy Blogtime! post here.
About my newbie love for comic books here.
A bit about my days as baby Adri and my now seemingly purloined imagination here.
Thanks again, sincerely.
